Mosaic Village Suites 4th Floor guest lodging is offered through JCSU’s Office of Auxiliary Services at the rates listed above. This “suite-style” accommodation provides a configuration of two (2) or four (4) private bedrooms with full-size beds adjacent to shared bathrooms, kitchen, and sitting area. Amenities include bed and bath linens, limited supply of toiletries, fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, generous storage, and WIFI. Housekeeping and/or daily linen service, while not included in the rental fee, is available at an additional charge. 

Please use the attached Credit Card Authorization Form to complete payment by credit or debit card. Please include $7 per day for parking in the Mosaic Village Parking Deck. 

Your payment confirms your understanding of the shared accommodation and allows us to process the reservation. Please note your credit card authorization form will also serve in lieu of a security deposit in the case of property damage or loss within your room and/or suite. An itemized invoice will be provided via email and payment will be processed within 24 hours of your departure for all reported damages or loss by you and/or your guests.

Cancellation Policy

Payment for reservations cancelled up to thirty (30) days prior to event stay will be refunded 100%; reservations cancelled between thirty (30) and (15) days prior to event stay will be refunded 50%; and reservations cancelled later than fifteen (15) days prior to the event stay will NOT be refunded.

**Check-in by 12 p.m. – Check out by 11 a.m.**

Lost Room Keys Will Incur A $25 Replacement Fee.
